We want you to be happy with your order. You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible returns
- Unopened items in their original condition.
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Send us a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
How to start a return
Email vhphuc1212@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on unopened items, except where the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
